Refund Policy
We have a 7-day replacement or refund policy (excluding drained batteries).
However, if the product does not function as intended and/or is "DOA" (dead on arrival) we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please contact us immediately in this instance so that we can promptly remedy this within the 7-day period.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags. The verification of the state of the product will need to be provided via email with a photo of the item. Please include a brief description of the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you if approved and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund too.
