TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking with Tazzies Treasures Face Painting, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service. Please ensure you read and understand them in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Weather Cancellation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a cancellation due to weather. Please note, it is the customers responsibility to have a weather plan and arrange an alternative venue if a booking is cancelled due to weather. Cancellation fees outlined below would apply.

2. Cancellation within 10 days of the event, the customer will be liable to pay 50% of the total fee.

3. Cancellation within 72 hours of the event, the customer will be liable to pay 100% of the fee.

4. Reducing the time booked within 4 weeks of the party/event will be liable to pay 50% of the time cancelled i.e. If booked for 3 hours, but you request to reduce this to 2 hours, client will be required to pay for the full 2 hours and 50% of the cancelled hour.

5. In the very unlikely event that the artist is unwell or needs to cancel, we will make every effort to find a replacement artist, if this is not possible you will be refunded in full.

OUTDOOR EVENTS

If the event is outdoors, a shaded area or shelter will need to be provided.
Option for Marquee hire for an additional $50 can be arranged.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY RATES

Rates are $150 an hour including New Years Eve
